What this site does
POLYSPAN is the working identity of a founder-led applied-AI and business-systems practice. This site presents its services, work, and point of view.
The interactive examples
The application walkthrough uses synthetic example data and runs in your browser. It does not contact an AI model, access your accounts, or take actions in external systems.
The enquiry form
In preview mode, the form prepares a brief locally for you to download or copy. The content is not submitted to a server or stored in local storage. When enquiry delivery is configured, the form sends the name, business, email, interest, and message you choose to provide to the site’s delivery endpoint. The interface indicates which mode is active.
Cookies, analytics, and browser storage
This implementation does not install advertising trackers, analytics tools, or nonessential cookies. Filter and form state live in the page’s memory. The website may request typography from Google Fonts; those requests disclose ordinary connection information to Google. Hosting providers may keep technical request logs according to their own arrangements.
Sensitive information
Do not include confidential records, customer or patient information, credentials, or sensitive personal data in an initial enquiry. Access to business systems and data is discussed separately for any engagement.
Your information and requests
For a configured deployment, the site owner must publish its confirmed privacy contact, delivery providers, retention period, and relevant operating details before accepting enquiries. This preview does not invent those details. No guarantee of regulatory certification is made.
Changes
This notice describes the implementation supplied with the site. It should be updated when the actual hosting, contact-delivery, analytics, or other data-handling arrangements change.
